How much do you guys pay helpers?

Just curious what other guys are paying for labor?

$30 $40 per hr depending on the difficulty of the job and if we made good money on it or not. My guys get paid well and sometimes they might make less if we have to take a job at low profits during slower season.

I pay my 1 helper $22 per hour and he has been working for me about 3 years. I am about to hire another guy at $18 starting out.
