Equipment Rental vs Selling

Hi All,
About a year ago I partnered with my nephew to start a junk removal/dumpster rental company. I supplied all the capital, setup costs and operations expertise. He supplied the sweat equity. The goal was to eventually teach him how to operate a business. It has not turned out well, he's lazy as s$*t, and Really just wants to be an employee rather than an owner. I do not need this and I'm frankly getting nothing out of this, while paying him a salary.

Anyway, I have a Horizon trailer and 4 bins (two 20-yd and two 30-yd). Wondering if anyone has ever rented out all of their equipment to someone just starting out and maybe doesn't have the means to purchase?

Or if anyone is interested in purchasing, let me know. Trying to explore my options.
